Uses

Wavy edge conveyor belt is widely used in ports, metallurgy, mining, electric power, coal, casting, building materials, food, chemical and other fields of material transportation. It can make all kinds of bulk materials continuously convey at any inclination angle of 0-90 degrees. It has the characteristics of large conveying inclination angle, wide application range, small floor area, no transfer point, reduced civil construction investment, low maintenance cost, large conveying capacity, etc., and solves the conveying angle that cannot be reached by ordinary conveyor belts or patterned conveyor belts. The corrugated edge conveyor belt can be designed as a complete conveying system according to the requirements, avoiding the complexity of the lifting system of intermittent conveying and complex conveying.

The corrugated edge conveyor belt can transport all kinds of bulk materials along the horizontal, inclined, vertical and variable angle directions, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizer and grain. The material size is not limited, from a very small particle size to a large particle size of 400mm, and the conveying capacity can be from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.
